Driven by a passion for technology and infrastructure, he later pursued Computer Engineering from M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, graduating in the 1984–1988 batch. As Director of Management & Commerce, Prapunj oversees the overall management of the business, serving as the central point for coordination between procurement, sales, and project execution. Mr. Pulkit Agarwal, an MBA graduate from the R. A. Podar Institute of Management, Jaipur, plays a pivotal role in driving Krishna Alankar Group’s growth through business development and seamless project execution. As the second among the Group’s young leaders, Pulkit focuses on building trust, delivering quality, and ensuring that every project reflects the Group’s values of consistency and credibility.

With his keen eye for opportunities and commitment to excellence, Pulkit has strengthened the Group’s presence in real estate and contractorship, while ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects. His leadership combines authenticity with practicality, ensuring the company’s expansion is sustainable and customer-focused.

Mr. Surbhit Agarwal, a Master’s graduate in Management from the University of Edinburgh, UK, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science & Engineering from VIT University, Vellore, joined Krishna Alankar Group in 2015 to bring global perspective and technical expertise to the family business.

As Creative Director & Head of Innovation, Surbhit has been instrumental in refining marketing strategies, introducing modern practices, and enhancing operational efficiency. His leadership has strengthened the Group’s brand identity while embracing new-age technologies and customer-centric growth models.

Mr. Pranav Agarwal, the youngest leader of Krishna Alankar Group, is an alumnus of Delhi Public School, Jaipur. After completing his BBA (Honours) from Christ (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, in 2019, he immediately stepped into the family business with purpose and clarity.

Focused on performance and progress, Pranav has played a key role in streamlining operations, elevating customer experience, and driving data-led decision-making across functions. His sharp business acumen and hands-on approach have strengthened efficiency while bringing in a fresh perspective to organizational growth.
